Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We value your time and appreciate your understanding regarding our cancellation policy. 1. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee. 2. Cancellation Fees: - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service cost. This helps cover the gap in our schedule and ensures we can continue providing exceptional service to all our clients. 3. No-Show Policy: - Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the missed service cost. This fee must be paid in full before you can schedule any future appointments. No-shows represent a significant loss of time and resources, and we must uphold this policy to maintain fairness for all clients. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. 5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur.
